Cyber Essentials is awarded to organisations who provide a respected standard of cyber security, following guidelines set out by government and industry.
Working alongside our partners at Microtrading, the Alliance is delighted to have met these standards.
Adrian Stockman, Director of Corporate Services and Business Development at the Alliance, said: “We have worked to establish and build a strong relationship with a trusted IT supplier to assist through this process.
“Thanks to the help of Microtrading, we are pleased to offer members and the wider public the peace of mind that we will be protecting their data against hacking, phishing and password guessing. We take IT security very seriously and will continue to work to protect all of our data from cyber-attack.”
Neil Marlowe, Director at Microtrading, added: “We have worked with the Alliance to create a safe environment for users to access our channels, safe in the knowledge that the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data stored on the system is secure.
“Meeting the standards set by Cyber Essentials should offer reassurance to all of the Alliance’s members that protecting their data is of the highest priority.”
