Applications are now open for the position of Appointed Director on the Sport and Recreation Alliance board.
Last week Mike Power OBE and Phil Chamberlain were chosen by our members to take up the two elected positions on the Alliance board.
We are now looking to appoint a final Director to complete the board and contribute to making our radical new vision a reality.
Applications are welcomed from outside the sector but a good understanding of the UK’s sport and recreation landscape will be beneficial.
Unlike the elected Director positions, applicants for this role do not need to be associated with any of our member organisations.
There is no membership voting involved for this position – CVs will be sent to the nominations committee, who will make a recommendation to the board.
