The Sport and Recreation Alliance recognizes that together with our members, we all have a responsibility and part to play in making UK sport more inclusive, more accessible, and more representative of Britain’s communities.

Our commitment to our members as part of our Support. Recover. Achieve. 2021-22 Strategy is to not only lead and support you in becoming more diverse and inclusive, but also to unite our sector ensuring everybody has access to learning and development as well as tools and resources they need to enable impactful change. This means making steady progress in tackling inequalities by being the change we want to see. Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (ED&I) must be led strategically with unrelenting focus and founded upon curiosity, compassion, and courage.
