The 2020 AGM will take place virtually on Wednesday 23 September at 10.30 am.
Our President, HRH The Earl of Wessex will chair the meeting and routine business will include a report from Andrew Moss, Chairman of the Alliance, on the activities and successes from the year ended 31 March 2020; the receipt of the income and expenditure account, balance sheet and report of the auditors for the year ended 31 March 2020; the re-appointment of auditors; and the report on the election and appointment of Directors for the three-year period 2020 – 2023. There will be a Special Resolution to change our Articles of Association.
If you are the lead, Representative Member for your organisation and unable to attend this year’s AGM, you do have the right to appoint another person as your proxy to attend in your place and a form is available below should you wish to do this. Please follow the instructions on the form for completion and return by5pm on Friday 18 September 2020.
Please register to attend the AGM as joining instructions will be sent to you the day before the meeting. Details on how to vote [if applicable] will be sent to you two days before by UK Engage who are conducting this part of the process on behalf of the Alliance.
