The 2021 AGM will be held at 11am on Tuesday 12 October at Prince Philip House, 3 Carlton House Terrace, St. James's, London SW1Y 5DG.
Our President, HRH The Earl of Wessex will chair the meeting and routine business will include a report from Andrew Moss, Chairman of the Alliance, on the activities and successes from the year ended 31 March 2021; the receipt of the income and expenditure account, balance sheet and report of the auditors for the year ended 31 March 2021; the re-appointment of auditors; and the report on the re-election and appointment of Directors for the four-year period 2021 – 2025.
If you are the lead, Representative Member for your organisation and unable to attend this year’s AGM, you do have the right to appoint another person as your proxy to attend in your place and a form is available below should you wish to do this. Please follow the instructions on the form for completion and return by5pm on Friday 8 October 2021.
Members are, of course able to ask questions or seek further clarification at the AGM itself and are similarly invited to give notification of intent to do so to Kate before the meeting.
