About the role
The ED&I strategy holds a central position in our overarching plan to establish a fully equitable, diverse, and inclusive organisation. Following a recent comprehensive review process aimed at enhancing our strategy and setting more ambitious and specific goals for the upcoming LA cycle, we've also formulated a new Diversity and Inclusion Action Plan (DIAP) with the assistance of external consultants. These documents are currently undergoing internal and external reviews and approvals, and we are eager to initiate actions in the identified priority areas.
