The Oxfordshire Football Association is seeking to recruit three additional Directors to join the Board of the Association.
The Oxfordshire Football Association (OFA) is the not-for-profit governing body of football in Oxfordshire. It is a private company limited by guarantee not having a share capital.
This is an exciting time for football and the OFA hopes to use the power of football to build a better future for the game in Oxfordshire and to lead the successful development of the sport at every level across the county.
Today we have just over 1,200 teams under our banner. We have delegated powers from the FA to manage rules and regulations to ensure fair play in the grassroots game, both on and off the pitch. Now is a challenging and interesting time for football.
The Directors of the OFA direct and monitor the business affairs of the Association, by deciding the vision, strategy, plans, policies and financial investment required to achieve the overall long-term business aims. The Association is committed to creating a Board of diverse skills, experiences and backgrounds which can add value to the game and our activities in Oxfordshire.
The positions we are looking to fill are:
- Director with responsibility for championing safeguarding;
- Director with responsibility for marketing and communications;
- Director with responsibility for discipline and match day behaviour.
