StreetGames is a fast-moving and innovative national charity with a sector-leading reputation for delivering sport and physical activity on the doorstep of underserved communities.

Our aim is to help young people and communities enjoy lives that are healthier, safer and more successful through sport and physical activity.

To do that, we work with community organisations to engage young people from lower socio-economic groups through sport and physical activity at the right time, in the right place, at the right price, in the right style and with the right people.

The role of Regional Fieldworker role will involve both developmental and implementation work across StreetGames’ strategic priority areas of ‘Healthier, Safer and More Successful’.

The post holder will be supported by and work closely with the Regional Director, to create regional plans, which ensure that projects, services and support to Locally Trusted Organisation’s (LTO’s) are implemented effectively. They will also work closely with colleagues from across all of StreetGames, to draw on the skills, experience and expertise of the whole organisation.

They will adopt a ‘learning approach’ and regularly gather, and share, learning and good practise with LTO’s from across the region. The post holder will require a blend of interpersonal skills, youth work and sport specific knowledge.

The post holder will be required to engage and support with LTO’s, through a range of approaches, including digital engagements and face-to-face meetings.

Who are we looking for?
