We will expect you to demonstrate your cohesion and experience in your application and throughout the interview process.

In Manchester we are seeking a dynamic individual with the natural ability to engage and build a strong Manchester network with and in diverse ethnic communities through an experienced, operational and strategic approach. The ability to work independently to achieve KPIs, steer projects, create monthly reports and make decisions are all skills you take in your stride. You also have a depth of experience in community work and know how to successfully support and progress projects involving both volunteers and local partner organisations, along with the ability to network and take people with you at both a strategic and grassroots level.

A flexible approach to work is expected as evening and weekend working will be required.
