As our Relationship Officer - Insight, you’ll develop and deliver the way we gather, analyse and utilise information, which in turn informs our ambitious City Council and ActiveWestminster strategies. Your work will play a key part in our success, engaging more people in physical activity, leisure and sport more often and improving lives throughout the city, taking us closer to our ‘City for All’ objectives. The role is an excellent opportunity to build on your existing skills and experience for a high-profile organisation. You’ll take on wide-ranging responsibilities including survey-based research (quantitative and qualitative) across online communities, mobile ethnography, focus groups, interviews and workshops. You’ll also carry out data analysis and reporting, with a particular emphasis on insight, impact and improvement for measurement and evaluation.
Working with internal and external teams to continuously improve our understanding of physical activity, leisure and sport in Westminster and more broadly London. Your work will help us make key strategic choices, guiding our teams towards better decision-making. Collaboration is essential here, and you’ll get to work with other teams on key projects, including our Policy, Performance and Communications Team as well as stakeholders throughout the council and beyond. By building strong working relationships between teams, you’ll play a key role in making our strategy a success.
