The British Grooms and Equestrian Employers Group has an exciting opportunity to welcome a Financial Director (NED) to the Board.
The role requires an individual with finance expertise, to lead on the financial management for the British Grooms & Equestrian Employers Association's.
Executive Director, Lucy Katan, explained, "We are on the search for an experienced individual who is keen to get involved in the growth of two of the most important membership brands in the equestrian industry.
This position might suit a grooms parent, friend or retired financer who shares our passion to see an industry where Good Employment, a happy workforce and postive career development is the norm.
Equestrian knowlege is not required, however a committment to be part of a caring, communicative and dynamic Board of NED's is."
