Qualification Operations Manager (12 months fixed term contract – maternity cover)
Salary: Up to £45,000 dependent on experience

The LTA is the National Governing Body for tennis in Great Britain, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, and is responsible for developing and promoting the sport while safeguarding the integrity of tennis. We are currently recruiting for a Qualification Operations Manager to join our team, based at the National Tennis Centre, Roehampton, London, on a maternity cover, 12 month fixed term contract basis.
The Qualification Operations Manager is responsible for managing the successful running and operations of the LTA’s Qualification pathway infrastructure focusing on grass-roots development coaching, and including successfully managing relationships with a national network of external training providers.
This role also oversees the delivery of key qualifications including the Certificate in Tutoring Skills. The successful candidate will work with educational organisations such as awarding bodies and funding agencies. Success in this role will see the LTA develop c3,000 coaches per year through formal regulated qualifications that are aligned with industry needs.
This successful candidate will have experience of managing the delivery of qualification at scale within sport or a related field, and will have significant experience of managing relationships with a broad spectrum of external partners and providers, as well as stakeholders in education, funding and qualification fields. An ability to successfully deliver projects whilst managing administration in a fast-paced environment is required.
