Angling, with up to four million participants, rates amongst the United Kingdom’s most popular sporting pastimes, with clearly documented social, economic and environmental benefits for the nation. It is an activity which is both affordable and accessible, offering no barriers to entry in terms of age, gender, ethnicity or disability, and can be enjoyed at all skill levels, from beginner to the highest levels of elite performance. Angling Cymru is the National Governing Body representing recreational angling & anglers in Wales.
We are looking for new Directors to join our Board to drive progress in key area’s:-
- Club Development
- Schools Development
- Campaigns
- Safeguarding & Equity
- Coaching
