Business Support Assistant

Salary: £21,000

Location: London

Sport Resolutions seeks a personable, friendly, presentable, enthusiastic and organised Business Support Assistant to assist in the running of our business. The successful candidate will have good communication and numeracy skills and will enjoy working with the range of people who use our services. 

The post-holder will have a wide range of duties which will increase over time. These will include providing support to our case management team, helping to operate and run our Arbitration and Mediation Centre and assisting with marketing, events and projects. 

The successful candidate will have experience of working in an office environment, excellent customer service skills, the ability to work accurately and an interest and enthusiasm for sport. 

Sport Resolutions is the independent, not-for-profit organisation used by sport for resolution of its doping, match-fixing, child protection, athlete selection and commercial disputes. We operate the National Anti-Doping Panel and National Safeguarding Panels and run arbitration and mediation processes for over 50 sports. Our aim is to help sport resolve disputes fairly, quickly and cost effectively.
