HR Co-ordinator

Salary: Up to £27,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Location: The National Tennis Centre, Roehampton, SW15 5JQ

Job Summary

Are you looking for the opportunity to grow your HR experience within a supportive, fun and focussed team?

The Role

You will play a key role in supporting our employment lifecycle, enabling our people to perform and deliver our mission to get more people playing tennis more often. You will gain experience in a broad range of HR specialisms with plenty of scope to learn, be creative and contribute to new initiatives within the LTA’s fast-paced values-driven environment.

You don’t have to be a tennis player or sports fan to do this job with excellence - However a passion for processes, delivery, and providing excellent customer service is essential.

The Team

Our Location

Based in leafy Roehampton, you will be based at the vibrant National Tennis Centre.  If the sound of a game of Tennis or a lunch time run (or stroll) in Richmond Park appeals then this could be all you need to energise, refocus and enable you give your best – this could be a great environment for you.
