Junior Performance Analyst

Salary: Circa £23,000 dependent on experience

Location: The National Tennis Centre, Roehampton, SW15 5JQ

Job Summary

We are looking for a positive and proactive individual to join the Performance Science and Medicine Team at the LTA as a Junior Performance Analyst.

This position will have wide reaching impact throughout the Performance Directorate, developing the use and integration of data driven intelligence to directly influence decision-making, coaching and player development and education programmes with the aim of making the LTA the most respected pathway for player development in the world.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Pro Scholarship Programme (PSP) Senior Performance Analyst in monitoring the development of our aspiring young players at National Age Group and Pro Scholarship Level. They will have experience in working as a Performance Analyst within sport and experience of aggregating and analysing information and presenting to and educating young athletes.

The role requires someone who is highly organised with proven experience and expertise in sport analysis. They will have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with outstanding attention to detail and ability to adapt and prioritise workflow to meet the needs of the team.
