As Head of Safeguarding you will be working in a senior role, contributing to the development of our safeguarding strategy and principles in order to ensure compliance is built in and throughout the sport. You will review and make a step change to our current safeguarding practices in order to develop and deliver a full safeguarding strategy including policies and procedures. You will plan, manage, give strong leadership and ensure compliance as appropriate for all competitors, volunteers and officials.
