The session will be led by Tim Hardy-Lenik, Non-Executive Director at Equality Leaders, with over a decade of experience affecting diversity, equity and inclusion change in different industries; and Minaxi Mistry, founder and CEO of Equality Leaders, who has been instrumental in designing and delivering inclusion strategies across the public and private sector.
