The Women’s League of Health & Beauty has its working name as Fitness League and is currently undergoing a re-brand.  For when this is completed the Trustees wish to have a Marketing Strategy in place.  The Trustees are looking for a marketing consultant to prepare a Marketing Strategy.

Job Role 

· We are looking for an experienced qualified Marketing Consultant, preferably within the Fitness & Leisure Industry, who is able to provide a marketing strategy to boost our organisation’s profile, attract new teachers to increase membership. 

· The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, knowledgeable in marketing activities, particularly Social Media, and be able to quickly analyse the organisation’s profile and operations in this one-off project, in order to set objectives and proposals in a marketing plan to secure our future growth.

Key Objectives and Responsibilities

• Analyse and understand profile of the organisation, which has charitable status, to gain understanding of its marketing needs

• Develop and write a business and marketing strategy in line with the organisation budget and marketing needs

• Design a Social Media marketing plan to help re-launch the brand

• Prepare regular updates during the project to The Trustees Chair and Management Chair

• Provide direction regarding new ideas/campaigns to improve brand awareness across all media channels

• Write report on findings and any suggestions for improvements regarding current systems

• Assist in creating a schedule of social media events for a 12-month period
