Salary: £42,041 - 52,023

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to support the development of our people and organisational plans.
You will partner with the wider HR team, providing Business Partner support and working closely with the organisation to build a culture of high performance and employee engagement. This role requires an experienced and tenacious HR Business Partner with a coaching mind-set who is comfortable working in ambiguity. With a full generalist remit, there will be a focus on workforce planning, attracting top talent and developing our staff.
About you
You’ll be intellectually agile, quick thinking and articulate and able to provide the strategic thinking behind HR. You’ll have an in depth knowledge of HR trends and practices.
You will have significant operational HR Business Partnering experience with a particular interest in recruitment and talent management and a track record of skilfully spotting opportunities where HR can contribute to organisational objectives.
Although a mixture of both public and private sector experience would be desirable, much more important will be your ability to hit the ground running, rolling your sleeves and providing support to your team.
