Women's Artistic Coaches

British Gymnastics is the UK Governing Body for gymnastics. We support, lead and inspire all those involved or interested in gymnastics; from the creation of new programmes and activities at grass roots level in the community, to the development of international gymnasts and the delivery of world-class events.

We are seeking dedicated and committed high performance Women’s Artistic Coaches to work nationally under the direction of Head National Coach Amanda Reddin.

Following the historic team Bronze Medal for the women’s team in the 2015 World Championships in Glasgow, we are looking to build on this success by strengthening our program through the recruitment of specialist coaches with international experience. These National Coaches will assist our UK wide network of high performance clubs that produce talented athletes for national squads and teams.

National Coach
Competitive, plus company car + pension + 34 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays & Company days)
Full time 37 hours per week

The overall purpose of this role is to develop and maintain an international level of Women’s Artistic gymnastics in the UK through working with the WAG Head National Coach and existing National Coaches to deliver the relevant performance plan; develop talent; provide technical and practical guidance to gymnasts and coaches and contribute to the legacy programme.

National Development Coach
Competitive, plus benefits

The overall purpose of this role is to provide leadership for the Home Nation Development Squad, including providing direct support and national expertise throughout the Talent Pathway at a regional and Home Nation level. This is an exciting role as you will be involved in supporting and developing the gymnasts of the future as they move through the pathway and take their steps onto the Elite platform.

National Artistry Coach

The overall purpose of this role is to provide choreography and artistry direction throughout all National Squads for floor and beam. The role operates in partnership with the Head National Coach and is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the British high performance system as a whole.
