When it comes to financial oversight, we also show you a payments and spend timeline going forward up to 12 months, so that you have clear oversight of budget use by cost centre or division, and know when all spend commitments will fall due – great for both cash-flow forecasting and for knowing how different budget holders have utilised funds and where spare resources may be potentially found.
Access to the portal is set on a hierarchical basis, so you can separate operational staff and enable them to only see and work on their own projects, but you and other nominated senior personnel can have visibility across the entire production site.
