This year’s campaign focuses on the power and potential of kindness – something that is prevailing all over the world during these challenging times.
Join us throughout the week as we explore the positive ways we can boost our mental wellbeing and show support for those around us who are going through a stressful or difficult time.
Monday 18 May
Thanks to our friends at EMD UK, you can start your week with a 30-minute HIIT workout delivered online by the multi-award winning boxing club, Total Boxer. It is widely understood that exercise can improve your mood by increasing your body’s endorphins - so come along and join in the fun!

Tuesday 19 May
Keep your eye on the Alliance twitter page throughout the day as we share the very best brain teasers and logic puzzles. You will also have the opportunity to submit your favourite riddles for your peers and friends to enjoy.
Wednesday 20 May
Our friends at FLexercise are inviting people of all ages and fitness levels to join their 10@10 class - a 10-minute full body stretching routine that will leave you feeling happier, stronger, calmer and more confident.

Thursday 21 May
Now, more than ever, kindness matters.
We’re encouraging you to share a positive message with someone close to you. Whether it’s a message to a loved one, a simple thank you note to show gratitude to a key worker, or a positive thought for someone who just needs to hear it – send a little love at a time when it may be very much needed.
Follow us @sportrectweets as we share the kindness throughout the day.
Friday 22 May
Feel Good Friday
Our wonderful staff have put together their favourite feel-good songs for us all to enjoy. From pop to alternative rock to opera – this playlist is guaranteed to give you that Friday feeling. Stay tuned for details!
Across the week don’t forget to check out the incredible amount of support available. The Mental Health Foundation has a wide range of resources to help you celebrate the week, including social media graphics, posters and free quizzes.
