The prestigious list, supported by Yahoo Finance, recognises the contribution of 100 senior executives who are unwavering in their commitment to promoting LGBT+ issues at work and in society.
Each person was scored on the seniority and influence of their role, their impact on LGBT+ inclusion inside and outside the workplace and their business achievements.
Commenting on the news, Lisa said: “I am incredibly honoured and excited to be recognised among so many inspiring executives for whom I have the greatest admiration.
“The events of 2020 have shown us that equality should not be taken for granted and that there is still much to do if we want to build positive and open environments where everyone feels comfortable being their true self.
“We are really looking forward to our Fit for the Future Convention later this month which will address this hugely important and challenging topic.
“The journey to full equality, particularly in the LGBTQI+ community, is ongoing but this list acts as a reminder that we can all drive change in our local communities by upholding acceptance and inclusion in the workplace.”
Founder & CEO of INvolve, Suki Sandhu OBE, says, “I’m thrilled to be celebrating another amazing group of LGBT+ and Ally Role Models from across the globe who are championing inclusion and inspiring the next generation of talent.
"LGBT+ discrimination is still prevalent across the world and Role Models are essential to change perceptions and show everyone that you can be successful in business while also being your authentic self at work.”
Famous faces among the OUTstanding 100 include Angela Darlington (Aviva), Erik Day (Dell Technologies), Suzanne Timmons (Google) and Susie Scher (Goldman Sachs).
Everyone at the Alliance would like to extend their congratulations Lisa.
