Catch a Coffee with our new Webinar Series

The Sport and Recreation Alliance has introduced a brand-new webinar series designed to support the sector during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Members will have the chance to hear from leading professionals on the challenges and opportunities the current environment has presented.

All webinars are free to attend and there is no limit to how many you can sign up for.

The series kicks-off on Wednesday 22 April with a Q&A session with legal advisors, Gateley Legal, who will explore some of the key commercial issues which have emerged as a result of COVID-19.

As part of the Catch a Coffee series, members will also have the opportunity to present their most pressing questions to the Alliance.

Over the next few weeks both our policy team and governance team will be on hand to help with queries from our members. You can start submitting your questions now via events@sportandrecreation.org.uk.

We hope to shine a light on the conversations we are currently having with government officials and helping you to maintain the highest standards of governance and organisational performance during these challenging times.

Our webinar series also features sessions from Communications expert and former BBC Sport journalist, James Pearce; the UK’s leading sports psychology professionals at BelievePerform and our trusted IT partners, Microtrading.

New sessions will be regularly added over the coming weeks, so please keep checking the events page for more details.

You can find out more and sign up to all our webinars here. Check out the latest from the Alliance’s COVID-19 support pages here.

In addition to hosting the first webinar, Gateley Legal is also offering Alliance members a free 30-minute consultation, providing you with comprehensive legal and business advice to guide your organisation through this period of uncertainty.

To take advantage of this offer, please call 0800 072 8381 between 9am-5pm on Monday-Friday and simply quote your organisation's name and confirm that you are a Sport and Recreation Alliance member.
