About the Role
As our new Company Secretary trustee, you will play a significant part in shaping the future of the Triathlon Trust. Key areas of responsibility
• Review and advise on the Trust’s governance, legal and secretariat requirements and provide informed advice and support to the Board.
• Provide advice and counsel to the Trust on various charity and financial regulations that they operate within.
• Deal with company secretarial administration and compliance issues. On average, the role is likely to require a maximum of one day a month of your time.
