Volunteer and Workforce Coordinator (CGI)

About the Role 

For this new role, we’re looking for a talented individual to coordinate and support the delivery of our projects and initiative with a focus on the community golf instructor programme in line with the ambition set out in the England Golf course planner.

The post is full-time, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. The position is based at England Golf Headquarters, The National Golf Centre, The Broadway, Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire, LN10 6PU, or has the potential to be remote.  We value being Inclusive, Honest, Responsible, Excellent and Supportive. About You

We’re looking for a strong candidate who has:

• An understanding of the sporting and coaching landscape within England

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects

• Outstanding communication skills

• Prior experience of project coordination and delivery roles

• Previous experience of coaching or community delivery.
