An exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior leader to drive EMD UK’s work on equality, diversity and inclusion (ED&I). EMD UK is committed to increasing the diversity of the group exercise workforce and to tackling stubborn inequalities; now we need the skills, experience and passion to develop and deliver our ED&I action plan. You will also be responsible for commissioning research in relation to ED&I and creating our first ever Diversity and Inclusion Action Plan. You will report to the Chief Executive and will be part of the senior management team, contributing to the strategic direction of the company. EMD UK has recently published our new, five year strategy and we are financially supported by Sport England as the system partner for group exercise.
