Our England Golf Captains’ programme has been running since 1973 and currently has more than 5,000 active members who enjoy being part of a thriving community. Individuals who are either a serving or past captain/vice-captain of their member golf club are eligible to join our programme. As the membership officer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the England Golf Captains’ programme as well as developing and implementing enhancements. Given the active community and number of events run for captains and seniors, you will assist in the planning and delivery, working closely with our championship team. We’re looking for someone with: * Knowledge and understanding of membership / loyalty programmes * Current knowledge of online communication concepts and best practice * Experience within a membership, customer engagement or loyalty programme environment * Experience of database management and using a CRM (such as Microsoft dynamics) * Excellent written and spoken communication skills for a range of audiences * The ability to work with professionals and volunteers The post is full-time, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. The position is based at England Golf Headquarters, The National Golf Centre, The Broadway, Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire, LN10 6PU. We provide a hybrid working arrangement following a successful probation period. You may be required to work weekends and evenings.
