The Role
This is a great opportunity for a digital content and engagement specialist to join an expanding communications team in a not-for-profit industry association, working predominantly remotely.
Reporting to the director of communications, you will be the go-to person for all things digital and be a great team player supporting delivery of the Grounds Management Association (GMA)’s digital communications, engagement, and transformation objectives.
Having spent at least 3-years' in a similar role, you will be experienced in:
• Website management
• Email marketing
• Social media
• Digital content creation
• Digital best practice
• Digital monitoring and reporting
The Team
This is an exciting time to be part of a new, growing team as the GMA strengthens its in-house professional communications capabilities as part of a wider investment plan to deliver its Five-Year Strategy.
Led by a recently appointed director of communications, who is a member of the senior leadership team, the communications function provides an insight-led, outcome-focused, professional multi-discipline communications service to support delivery of the GMA’s strategic and operational objectives. You will bring digital content and engagement expertise, and will work closely with colleagues specialising in PR, marketing and communications, as well as public affairs and partner engagement.
As a team of five, we will work together alongside colleagues and partners to deliver better outcomes for those who work in and with the grounds care industry.
