This is a great opportunity to join our team and support our 1800+ affiliated golf clubs. Course rating is a core service that is provided to all golf clubs affiliated to England Golf.

The course rating process determines the playing difficulty of a golf course for a scratch golfer (handicap index of 0.0) under normal playing conditions and weather. Course rating is a cornerstone of the World Handicap System (WHS). You will support the course rating coordinator to make sure the relevant administration involved with course rating is completed accurately and within a set timescale. This includes data input, dealing with enquiries, support tickets and telephone calls.

We’re looking for someone with the following qualities:
• Knowledge of managing data and/or customer service
• Accuracy with a thorough approach
• Good organisational skills with an ability to prioritise accordingly
• Great communication skills

Full training will be provided on the systems used. The post is full-time, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. The position is based at England Golf Headquarters, The National Golf Centre, The Broadway, Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire, LN10 6PU. We provide a hybrid working arrangement following a successful probation period.
