Public Affairs and International Relations Officer

Are you passionate about Paralympic sport?

Would you like to play a key role in demonstrating the social impact of Para sport to decision makers and influencing domestic and international policy?

ParalympicsGB is recruiting a Public Affairs & International Relations Officer to support the influencing plans in the UK with Government and key stakeholders as well as internationally with the International Paralympic Committee. You will work with the Head of Social Impact to establish partnerships with leading stakeholders and Paralympic athletes to deliver the BPA’s vision ‘Through sport, inspire a better world for disabled people’.

You will be experienced in public affairs and understand the UK policy landscape. You will have good political judgment and excel at working collaboratively with others. You will be organised and unflappable - you will be organising Ministerial and VIP programmes at the Paralympic Games in Beijing and Paris.

You will be part of a world leading National Paralympic Committee that takes the best prepared ParalympicsGB team to each summer and winter Games.
