As our Diversity and Inclusion Sector Lead you will be responsible for architecting real change not only within CIMSPA, but also across the wider sport and physical sector. Becoming an ambassador for diversity and inclusion that our sector views as their champion of change within this area.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced diversity and inclusion specialist with the ability to grasp our in house and sector needs to create and implement CIMSPA’s diversity and inclusion strategy that delivers a consistent approach to diversity and inclusion, that can be translated sector wide. You will be passionate about helping our sector to drive inclusivity and challenge the status quo and have impeccable influencing skills working with our external stakeholders, taking the sector on a journey of change.
The role of the Diversity and Inclusive Sector Lead will sit within CIMSPA’s People team which is responsible for the delivery and development of CIMSPA’s people strategies. You will ensure that it maintains CIMSPA’s free range working culture and managezs all people aspects of a team member's lifetime with CIMSPA.
This remote role will require attendance at CIMSPA’s Head Office (Sport Park, Loughborough University, Loughborough) or other locations for regular team meetings.
