About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator/Coordinator to join our People Development team on a permanent full time basis. The hours of work are 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday with a work pattern agreeable with the successful candidate. At the end of the assignment, there is the potential to work part time in this role once our team member taking maternity leave returns to work.
Reporting to the People Development Director, yet supporting the HR Business Partner for a distinct area of the business you will work as part of a team of Coordinators supporting our business's people agenda.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within our people development team, delivering first class administrative support and customer service to our employed, casual worker and contractor workforce. In summary, the role involves; processing people information, changes to terms, onboarding new starters, monthly reporting, resolving queries, coordinating training, being a listening ear and helping employees understand our policies and procedures.
