Reports to: Head of Performance Support & Science (HPSS)
Salary: £30-40k depending on experience
Location: Home-based with regular travel as necessary to fulfil the role
Hours: 37 per week with flexibility to include evenings, weekends, and overnight stays
About GB Wheelchair Rugby
Great Britain Wheelchair Rugby Limited (GBWR) is the National Governing Body (NGB) for the game of wheelchair rugby in England, Scotland, and Wales. Its mission is to build wheelchair rugby communities where athletes, officials and volunteers all enjoy being part of a team. It is a values-based organisation which aims to be inclusive, accessible, and supportive of all who wish to be part of the sport.
About the Role
The successful candidate will work collaboratively alongside the HPSS and GBWR coaching staff to manage the delivery of a systematic, evidence-based and highly effective Athlete Identification & Development Performance Pathway in the context of GBWR’s World Class Performance plan.
