An exciting opportunity has arisen to join CIMSPA’s growing team as a ReTrain to ReTain Programme Manager.

The main purpose of this 12-month role is to manage the delivery of the ReTrain to ReTain project. Delivering the projects objectives, managing external partners, coordinating the projects delivery, and reporting to Sport England on progress.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience of delivering complex projects and an understanding of employment and deployment in the Sport and Physical Activity sector. Sound processing skills are essential as is bringing with you a real ‘team work’ ethos. You will have very good attention to detail and have strong written and verbal communication skills as well as being proactive in problem solving and learning new skills.
