This role is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Junior Analyst to play a part in helping the LTA achieve its vision of ‘tennis opened up’, and through our work to make tennis relevant, accessible, welcoming and enjoyable, help us to ensure it is a sport that can be played by anyone, no matter their age, gender, background or ability.
The Junior Analyst will sit within the newly formed Insight Team which is a key function within the LTA’s Customer Strategy unit.
The Insight Team brings together data strategy, analytics and research with the collective responsibility of deriving data driven, actionable insights that are surfaced to the business in support of delivering against the LTA’s key business objectives.
The Junior Analyst’s responsibility will be to support, and in some areas lead, data analysis and techniques that generate actionable insights helping to drive tennis participation, evolve the LTA's products and programmes, deliver increased engagement with direct customer communications, grow demand for LTA major event ticket sales and report on core business KPIs.
They will consult and support teams across the LTA, including but not restricted to, Customer Strategy, Participation and Major Events to help generate, illustrate, deliver and champion insights that will be used to grow tennis participation across the country.
