Programme Team Assistant

We are looking for an individual who wishes to start their career in high performance sport. The role will be varied and you will be a part of a busy Operations Team function, but will support all departments across the entire organisation. This will provide you with a breadth of experience and an opportunity to gain expertise in what it requires to send a multi-sport team to an international games.

This will be a busy and varied role and represents a really good chance to experience a unique environment as the BPA gears up for the final preparations to deliver a best-prepared team at the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games. The environment is very positive and fun as you would expect in a sporting organisation, but we work hard.

As a member of our team, you’ll assist the Head of Games Strategy & Planning to provide world class project and programme management support to ParalympicsGB and all BPA departments as they work towards both the Summer and Winter Games. Your meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills will help make sure the BPA remain on track to deliver key milestones in the four year cycle.

As well as being highly organized and enjoying working with large amounts of data, you’ll be great with people too!
