Access Sport is a charity on a mission to level the playing field in community sport. We help local sports clubs to engage and include young people who are all-too-often excluded – especially young disabled people, young people from deprived communities, girls and young women, young people from black, Asian and minority ethnic communities and those at risk of educational exclusion and crime.

We are seeking to build a dynamic, diverse and inclusive board of trustees, reflective of our mission, to help shape and deliver the charity's forward strategy to 2025 and beyond.

If you care passionately as we do that sport should be inclusive of all, and you have skills and lived-experience that can help, we would like to hear from you.

Our mission to transform lives through sport inspires and motivates our team, including our staff, our volunteers, our work placements and our trustees.
