Sports Leaders create individuals that an exam can’t…………… We enable young people to become more confident, skilled and employable through regulated and quality assured leadership qualifications and awards. We recognise the potential and importance of leadership, the impact it has on society and we are passionate about giving young people the opportunity to learn new skills for life. We train over 1,500 Tutors every year to support an established network delivering to over 100,000 young people every year, across over 2,000 delivery sites across the UK.
Tutor training is an integral part of the journey to deliver our qualifications.
Our Leadership Induction Days provide deliverers of our qualifications with the knowledge and confidence to easily tutor and assess our regulated qualifications. The Leadership Induction Days are delivered across the UK throughout the year and are a fantastic opportunity for us to empower newly trained tutors to inspire the young people they work with.
We are currently looking for an experienced individual to deliver Leadership Induction Days in 2020/21 across the UK as and when there is a requirement to do so, particularly in the following regions:
- South West
- Wales
- London
- Scotland
What we are looking for:
An advocate of the benefits of leadership skill development in young people
Experience of delivering our qualifications
Experience of delivering training and CPD
Excellent communication skills
An ability to engage and enthuse others
Willingness to travel throughout the UK
