We have an exciting opportunity for an administrator with a keen interest in sport to join our friendly AoC Sport team in the role of full time Competitions Administrator. Your role will be to administer a range of competitions, in particular futsal and rugby union. Duties will include processing competition entries, fixture creation, collation of results and event management. There will be an occasional need to travel and spend nights away from home when attending the National Championships, cup finals/play-offs and meetings.
We are looking for a person with good attention to detail, confidence in the use of IT, advanced interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will need to be able to demonstrate good administrative skills, and enjoy working independently and under your own initiative, prioritising short term tasks to meet long term priorities, as well as working as part of a team on joint projects.
