Chair of Trustees – Access Sport CIO Multi award-winning sports charity Access Sport is seeking a new Chair to lead the next phase of our growth. We are a growing, national charity that believes no one should be excluded from the transformational benefits of sport. Trusted by key partners such as Sport England and The London Marathon Charitable Trust, we unleash the untapped potential of community sports organisations to make sure everyone can be included. We train, equip and support local volunteers to grow and develop sustainable organisations, and we turn our learnings into toolkits and models that can be replicated in partnership across different geographies and different sports. We have just launched an exciting new six-year strategy to 2025 and we are looking for a dynamic new Chair to lead our excellent board of trustees and our senior management team to achieve our ambitious goals.
If you share our passion for transforming lives and communities through sport, and if you have experience of senior strategic leadership, leading boards to succeed, excellent knowledge and understanding of the sports and charity sectors, an understanding of board diversity and strong inter-personal skills, we would like to hear from you.
