The LTA’s vision is “Tennis Opened Up” and its mission is to make tennis Relevant, Accessible, Welcoming and Enjoyable. The Workforce Development Partner will lead the deployment of the coach education and support strategy at a regional and county level.
In the Midlands you will works across 9 counties to engage over 700 coaches by working cross all participation delivery channels. You will ensure the delivery of products, services and support is in place to enhance the coaching structure and delivery at the grassroots of the game. This role will also have responsibilities to deliver plans to enhance and grow the wider tennis delivery workforce.
