We are looking for passionate and service focused Customer Services Advisors to join the LTA Services team; a team at the heart of engaging and supporting our tennis customers.
Applicants will have prior experience in a customer facing environment and wish to develop their service skills while contributing to the success of an enthusiastic and driven team.
We encourage applicants who are looking to build their service careers. Strong IT and communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, as is as the ability to remain calm under pressure with the focus on the customer at the heart of everything you do. An interest in, and knowledge of, tennis is desired but training will be provided.
Vacancy opportunities range from Permanent to Fixed-Term contracts to July 2020.
