Job Summary

The LTA

The LTA is the National Governing Body for tennis in Great Britain, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, and is responsible for developing and promoting the sport while safeguarding the integrity of tennis. The LTA’s vision is “Tennis Opened Up” and its mission is to make tennis Relevant, Accessible, Welcoming and Enjoyable.

The Role

Your role will be responsible for project managing a range of key projects from across the organisation, ensuring each project is delivered with a consistent approach. The role will also provide guidance across the organisation, in the delivery of both technology and non-technology focused projects throughout the full project life cycle.

About You

You will have proven experience of managing a wide range of organisational projects from inception through to delivery, including experience of leading procurement processes for various goods and services. You will be a pro-active and solution-focused creative thinker and able to demonstrate exceptional communication skills in order to work effectively and collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

The Team

This role is part of the Business Operations, Technology Team which is responsible for delivering key strategic and cross-functional projects, as well as formalising governance policies and methodologies for the business, covering business analysis, procurement, change management and project management.

You will be based at the vibrant National Tennis Centre in leafy Roehampton.  If the sound of a game of Tennis or a lunch time run (or stroll) in Richmond Park appeals then this could be all you need to energise and refocus to enable you to give your best to the team.
