Salary: £11,721 per annum

Hours: 22.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 12.30pm-5pm
Swim England is the national governing body for swimming in England. We help people learn how to swim, enjoy the water, and compete in our sports of swimming, diving, water polo and synchronised swimming.
We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team on a part time permanent basis. Cover on a full time basis (35 hours) is required when other Receptionist is on leave.
This is an exciting opportunity working within the Operations department as part of a busy reception team, you will be responsible for providing an efficient, professional and welcoming front of house service to callers and visitors to the organisation.
Reporting to the Premises and Operations Team Leader, you will be responsible for regularly reviewing departmental information to ensure it is up to date and to aid the smooth transfer of calls to ensure that they are directed to the correct person or department in a courteous, efficient, friendly and prompt manner.
The successful candidate must:
- Excellent communications skills
- Have a good attitude and a welcoming approach to visitors and team members
- Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
