Being part of the high performance team is an exciting place to be, as we get to work on the front-line in order to enhance the game for our players, their coaches, and their families. All of which means we can have a direct and real impact on and how young players are developed, and the way tennis is played across Britain’.

With the launch of the new Player Pathway, I feel that this is an incredibly exciting time to join the LTA and contribute to the development of Britain’s best juniors and help us fulfil our mission to deliver a pathway for British Tennis Champions that nurtures people, teams and leaders.”
