People Development Manager
Salary: £27,890 - £30,990

The Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA) is the professional body for the UK’s sport and physical activity sector and lead agency for workforce development
We are looking for a skilled People Development Manager who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing systems and policies and by managing procedures. You will cultivate a positive culture of learning at all levels throughout CIMSPA, enhancing talent succession, performance management and support to volunteers in their roles with CIMSPA. You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you’ll contribute to making the company a better place to work.
The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to all of CIMSPA’s people including its employees and volunteers, through effective management whilst ensuring compliance with CIMSPA’s governance and optimising team performance.
If you are passionate about People Development, have a background in learning and development and are highly efficient, give us a chance to meet you.
