Coach Education Tutor

England Athletics (EA) develops and promotes athletics and running across the whole of the country.
Our role includes working with affiliated clubs, officials, schools, and coaches. We also provide national level competition and work on athlete development beneath world class performance level.
We are currently recruiting for Coach Education Tutors (on a consultancy basis) to cover the Coach Education course portfolio across England, specifically covering the Leadership in Running Fitness, Coaching Assistant, Coach in Running Fitness and Athletics Coach courses.
The Tutoring role predominantly involves working weekends (a minimum availability of 8 days per annum is required) and working with other Tutors co-delivering specific course content.
The successful candidates will have significant and relevant experience as a coach, as well as relevant and appropriate technical knowledge and understanding of athletics content in the courses applying to deliver. In addition, the successful candidates will have experience in delivering educational programmes, meeting the learning outcomes of the course / qualification.

Candidates must hold a British Athletics Level 2 Coach licence, or Coach licence in any area of specialism of the current Coach Education programme (Athletics Coach or Coach in Running Fitness), as a minimum qualification.
