Salary: £9,961.90 (pro rata FTE £16,603 per annum)
We are looking for a highly efficient, proactive and people orientated coordinator to join the Swim North West team.
We live and breathe aquatics for our region, the North West of England. You will join a team that looks after a huge number of clubs and local projects to help get the nation involved in our five disciplines; Swimming, Water polo, Diving, Synchro and Open Water.
Within this varied role you will be the first point of contact for lots of people looking to work with us. You will get involved with providing a full and effective administrative support to the region, providing them with diary and meeting management and secretarial support to the regional board.
You’ll be someone with great communication skills who works well in a team, while being ready to roll up your sleeves and do what’s needed to provide our region with a great service. You’ll also:
- Be committed to providing an exceptional people service
- Be a bit of a perfectionist in your attention to detail
- Have exceptional IT skills
- Be self-motivated and have a positive ‘can do’ attitude
If you have knowledge of our sports that would be a huge bonus too!
