Communications & Marketing Officer

Salary: £21,000 - £25,000

Location: Based at the Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome, Glasgow

Are you a communications professional looking for a vibrant organisation to make your mark? Do you have the passion and drive to work in one of the most exciting and fastest growing sports in the UK? 

Look no further, Scottish Cycling is looking to appoint a Communications and Marketing Officer who can hit the ground running.

The Communications and Marketing Officer will work with the Scottish Cycling team and key partners to drive the Scottish Cycling communications and marketing strategy to increase public awareness, provide a high standard of service to our members and to drive our vision to develop a nation a of cyclists.

With Scottish Cycling’s programmes including everything from participation to getting athletes onto the world stage, this is a varied role, and applicants will ideally have experience working in a communications and marketing environment and be able to prove that they can work independently, whilst supporting the wider Scottish Cycling team.

They must have excellent interpersonal skills, be enthusiastic, self-motivated, creative and have a good understanding of social media.
